BarkScoop is commercial pet waste removal for HOAs, apartment communities, and dog parks across Chicagoland, keeping common areas, dog runs, and pet relief zones spotless. Scheduled service, stocked stations, and a report after every cleanup.
Who we serve
Wherever dogs gather, waste follows. Our commercial pet waste removal keeps shared spaces clean so your residents, tenants, and visitors only see the good parts.
Spotless lawns, walking paths, and shared greens that keep board members and homeowners happy.
A recurring amenity that reduces complaints and makes your pet-friendly community an easier sell.
Tidy entryways and shared yards across the whole development, handled on one simple schedule.
High-traffic dog runs and pet relief zones kept fresh, sanitary, and ready for the next visitor.
Pet-friendly workplaces and corporate grounds that stay clean for employees and their four-legged coworkers.
Public greens and city-managed grounds maintained on a dependable, documented routine.
What's included
One commercial pet waste removal vendor for the whole job, from the daily scoop to the stations and the paperwork your board wants to see.
Lawns, paths, courtyards, and dog runs get a thorough cleanup every time, not just the easy, visible spots. Your grounds stay clean and odor-free all season.
We supply and install bag dispensers and waste bins right where your residents need them most, so picking up is effortless and the grounds stay tidy.
Routine restocking, emptying, and wipe-downs keep every station fresh, so they are never out of bags or overflowing between visits.
Bag rolls and liners stay topped up across the whole property, even between scheduled cleanups, so a dispenser is never empty when someone reaches for one.
Shared greens, entryways, and amenity spaces are kept tidy so the whole community looks cared for, not just the dog-walk routes.
Everything we collect is double-bagged, sealed, and hauled away with us, never left loose on your grounds or in your dumpsters.
You get a timestamped record after every cleanup, ready to forward straight to your board, owner, or property management software.
A custom plan and cadence is built around your property's size, traffic, and budget, then scaled up or down by season as your needs change.
